Crash and burn...

Crashes like crazy, I went to their site they suggested to download the beta, here read it in their own words: "Important! If you have issues with current 1.2.x version, please download the beta version as updates are quicker to fix in beta as review process in App Store can take weeks. Thank you." -- I did just that and… still crashed constantly… regretting this purchase big time, refund?
